Video visits are one more option we offer you for seamless, safe access to the exceptional care you’ve come to expect from us. If you have a minor illness or other health concern, you can receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions (if necessary) by a Piedmont provider in real time. And it’s so convenient—you log in to our virtual waiting room to talk to a provider from your home, car, office, or wherever you are.

Shoulder: Trigger point injection, AC Joint, Glenohumeral Joint, Subacromial Bursa, Hydrodilitation Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis)

Elbow: Ulnar nerve hydro-dissection, UCL sprain, Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Radial Nerve hydro-dissection

Hand/Wrist: Carpal tunnel, CMC injection for thumb OA, Trigger finger, Wrist (RA or OA flare), Ganglion Cyst aspiration

Hip: Intra articular hip for OA and labrum tear, Greater trochanter bursa, Piriformis, Iliopsoas bursa, SI Joint Injection, Meralgia Paresthetica, Trigger point injection

Knee: Knee injections/Aspiration (i.e corticosteroids / hyaluronic acid and eventually platelet rich plasma), Pes anserine bursa, Baker Cyst Aspiration, Geniculate Nerve, Peroneal Nerve

Ankle/Foot: Morton Neuroma, Tarsal tunnel, Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendinopathy

Diagnostic US: Shoulder (i.e rotator Cuff pathology), Elbow (i.e chronic extensor tenosynovitis), Wrist, Hand, Hip (i.e Gluteus tendoniopathy), Knee - MCL, LCL, patella and quad tendon, Ankle

Acute Low Back Pain: Prolotherapy, Neuromuscular manual manipulation

Other Procedures: Abcess drainage, Excision and Punch biopsy, Toenail Removal, Non operative Fracture care
