Dr. Rahul K. Goel is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement. With a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes, Dr. Goel focuses on a range of conditions, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, avascular necrosis, periprosthetic joint infection, complications from total joint replacement, and fracture care. He completed his fellowship in adult reconstruction at Duke, where he was mentored by leading figures in the field, including two past presidents of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and the current president of the Hip Society.

Charles T. Fryberger III, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with specialized expertise in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, serving patients at our Fayetteville and Peachtree City locations. Dr. Fryberger completed his fellowship at the renowned Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Institute, and his areas of specialization include knee, shoulder, elbow, and ankle arthroscopy, sports medicine, total joint replacement surgery, general orthopedics, adult and pediatric fracture care, and work-related injuries.
A graduate of Auburn University, Dr. Fryberger earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at the prestigious Campbell Clinic, University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. With extensive experience treating athletes at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels, Dr. Fryberger has honed his skills in sports medicine. During his fellowship, he provided medical coverage for the University of Alabama football team and other university sports programs.
In addition to his work with the University of Alabama, Dr. Fryberger has covered major sporting events, including the 2022 SEC Baseball Tournament, the Birmingham Barons Minor League Baseball team, and the USFL's Philadelphia Stars. He also served as a medical provider at The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, covering sports such as muay thai, wakeboarding, waterskiing, sport climbing, canopy piloting, and gymnastics. Locally, he helps lead our Fayette County Sports Medicine Outreach Program, serves as the team physician for McIntosh High School, and covers additional high schools in the area. Dr. Fryberger also leads the Friday night football injury clinic throughout the football season at our Peachtree City location, dedicating his expertise to supporting high school athletes and actively engaging with the community.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Fryberger enjoys wakeboarding, ultimate frisbee, and golf, and he is a passionate guitarist. Dr. Fryberger resides in the Fayetteville-Peachtree City area with his wife, who was also his college sweetheart, and their three children.

Domenic Scalamogna, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. His practice encompasses a wide variety of orthopedic conditions to include general orthopedics, sports medicine, fracture care, and joint arthroplasty of the hip, knee and shoulder. Specific arthroplasty interests include custom total knee replacement as well as anterior total hip arthroplasty, also known as front hip replacement. Total hip replacement through the front of the joint preserves important hip muscles essential for ambulation while also eliminating post-operative restrictions resulting in a more expeditious post-operative recovery.

Following completion of his general surgery internship at the National Naval Medical Center in 2002, Dr. Scalamogna completed a course in Aviation Medicine in Pensacola, FL and subsequently served as a Naval Flight Surgeon for Carrier Air Wing ONE. He participated in Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom during a six-month deployment aboard the USS Enterprise (CNV-65). Following his tour as a Naval Flight Surgeon, Dr. Scalamogna entered his orthopedic residency in 2005 at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. While at Bethesda, his unique training encompassed the evaluation and treatment of complex extremity war wound reconstruction. After 12 years of active duty service, he completed his final tour in the United States Navy as a staff orthopedic surgeon at the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy.

Actively serving the military population, Dr. Scalamogna volunteers for the Wounded Warrior Project, as well as caring for pilots and members of the aviation industry with orthopedic conditions. Dr. Scalamogna is fluent in Italian and welcomes Italian-speaking patients.

Kevin U. Park, M.D., is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship trained in spine surgery. His practice includes adult degenerative cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal pathology, traumatic spinal injuries, motion preservation technology, also known as total disc arthroplasty, and minimally invasive spinal surgery. Dr. Park has conducted research and presented at both national and international meetings. As an avid golfer, his research studying the ability of golfers to return to sport after lumbar fusion has been both an intellectual and personal endeavor. Preserving quality of life in patients led Dr. Park to become a spine surgeon. Utilizing techniques such as motion preservation technology and minimally invasive procedures can influence patient outcome, returning them to the things they love doing.
Dr. Park makes presentations on the topic of scoliosis and innovative treatment techniques within the communities in which he serves. Dr. Park is also fluent in Korean.

Michael A. McHenry, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Eric Jamison is a physician assistant practicing in our Fayetteville and Peachtree City locations where he works with Dr. Charles Fryberger.

Eric attended Gardner Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He later attended Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia where he received a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies. Eric is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

David A. Brcka, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is fellowship trained in sports medicine. Dr. Brcka has advanced training in arthroscopic hip preservation surgery, a minimally-invasive procedure for treating many painful hip conditions.
Dr. Brcka's practice includes sports medicine and general orthopedics with special interest in hip arthroscopy for hip pain, total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder arthroscopy, and shoulder replacement surgery. He is also skilled at treating femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) and providing total knee arthroplasty, total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, trauma and fracture care.
