Jasmina M. Rice, M.D. earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals of Atlanta. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is an active member of the Academy of Pediatrics and the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Rice has been in practice in Newnan since 1989 and has an affiliate status with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

J. Edwyn Carter, M.D. earned his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in pediatrics at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals of Atlanta. Dr. Carter is board certified in Pediatrics by the Academy of Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is an active member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Kacie Rose Dingler, NP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaGrange College and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Kacie enjoys improving patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment while fostering strong relationships with families. She recognizes the significance of mental well-being in children and adolescents facing healthcare obstacles and life challenges. She is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in pediatric healthcare through continuous education.
