This is my second time seeing Lexi. I like her, but my prescriptions are all over the place. One sent to my not preferred pharmacy. The other I had to follow up twice and still don’t have it two weeks later. I work in healthcare, I don’t want to coordinate my care too; I’d like someone to do it correctly and timely.

I feel Lexi really cares about my well-being. She takes time to answer my questions and provide the information I need .

This was the first time I have ever met Lexi, and by the time I need another appointment I am sure I will have to see a completely different person. So having this survey evaluate a doctor based on a single 20 minute first time meeting is a little ridiculous on Community's part. She is a fine physician. Its Community Health Network and how many patients they take on per each doctor that seems to be the problem.

Alexandra is very empathetic and did a thorough job of diagnosing my situation.

They were super compassionate and understanding of my reasonings making a visit to Community Health. If it wasn’t for the kind experience they gave me, I would definitely consider looking for a different PCP. The administrative staff should take notes from this.
