Dr. Dugan is the best doctor my family and I have.

I needed my ears cleaned and I did not want that water pic thing a lot of doctors use. I was greatly impressed that she did the cleaning herself and was so thorough and gentle. She also found a problem that I did not know I had and took care of that too.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this doctor. She and her staff are amazing. It is very refreshing to hear an MA at a doctor's office express how much they love working with the staff and drive a long way to and from work just to have the opportunity to work with them. This office rocks!

I lost half my hearing in 2013 due to cochlear hydrops. Thanks to her, I still have perfect hearing due to seeing me asap and prescribing proper meds w great referral to otologist. Now I’m back w new problems but same high level of care. She quickly diagnosed me and referred me to proper new specialist. Thank you!!! We mask indoors with only medical exams as exceptions and this is why masking of healthcare providers is important to us. Her team complied with our request and properly wore their masks, including Dr. Dugan who even had an N95. It means a lot to us that they understood our concerns and were willing to mask.

Dr. Dugan knows a lot about ears. She removed wax and hair from my left ear. Ear drums good. Other parts of the ear not too good. Hearing aid will help right ear. Left ear probably too damaged to get better by a hearing aid. I'm glad I went to her. Good results.
