Janelle was well informed of my health issues and very helpful in planning my future health care.

Loved the fact that she was extremely knowledgeable about the different medications my husband was on and how she would have went about it hadn't been her as his doctor at the time as well as explained in detail to us about the his bone infection what to expect what should have been done what could have been done what she would have done as well as it was as if she had all day to sit and listen to us tell her how he'd been feeling and what he'd been going through and she was in no hurry to get to another patient we didn't feel rushed at all and it was amazing

She was competent and helpful, but she had no background on my case which caused a lot of time to get her spun up - as well as jeopardizing my potential outcome if I wasn't at my best and fully remembering everything that has transpired since my hospitalization Nov 4th.

She did not see the big picture and I HAVE TO BE TREATED FOR THE OSTEOMYELITIS, not just the pain!

She seemed truly concerned and took time to answer every question I had thoroughly and I did not feel rushed.
