John LaTona, MD

Dr. LaTona completed his bachelor of science degree at San Diego State University. He received his doctor of medicine and doctor of philosophy in physiology biophysics from the Chicago Medical School. Dr. LaTona then completed his internship at the University of California Los Angeles and his ophthalmology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. LaTona is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon as well as the owner and CEO of Community Eye Care of Indiana, Inc. He specializes in cataract and glaucoma surgery, diabetes eye care, dry eye, and comprehensive eye care. He is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Indianapolis Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association, and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
