Kim was wonderful. She addressed all of my concerns and provided helpful guidance related to those concerns. I was very pleased with the care I received during this last visit.

Great listener

I came in with concerns of acid reflux and Kim took the time to listen to me and do a thorough assessment of what could be causing it. Upon asking lots of questions to determine a cause, she ordered me a test to get the process going through a gastrointestinal doctor. I also brought up concerns of asthma and asked for a breathing treatment and she happily obliged. She’s always very attentive and compassionate which is something I appreciate.

She addressed everything good except for the one thing I was terrified about. She dismissed me. She made me feel stupid and I don't want to see her again if I can avoid it.

She was easy to talk. She made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and explain things.

Kim has great PRIIDE values. She spent time and listened to my concerns and problems and provided a good care plan. I feel very safe in Kim's care.

Kim made me feel like she truly cared about me. She took the time to get to know my medical history and also me. She showed great compassion and made me feel very comfortable.

She acted like she was scared of me. She barely stayed in the room, and I think after someone tells you that they’ve been having diarrhea for months and chest pains for months that they would’ve ordered some test she was barely even in the room.

It was a great experience.

Listens to my concerns. She offers alternative solutions. This visit with ocular or visual migraines, I had to explain to her want they were. I didn't get the impression she was familiar with them, but she offered good alternatives for me... checked me over, blood tests to check see if anything was out of balance, a neurologist referral, and a suggestion to go to an ophthalmologist. The blood tests were order right ways. Very supportive.

She is approachable, thorough in the way she reviewed my medical history.

The information about switching from her my mouse moved and hit the wrong statement. One thing I did not like is having to explain why I have anxiety, going into depth of a personal nature to get the medicine asked for, I have a counselors whom I share that information with, but I believe the np may have felt she needed the justification to prescribe it, although I have received it in the past.

Kim was excellent. She was through and asked lots of questions. She took time to listen to what I was going through symptoms I’ve been having and then next steps scheduled throw testing to really determine what’s going on. I felt heard. I felt cared about. And I’ll follow up with her as well, which I’m appreciative of for test results and to talk about Those and what to do. Thank you.

We really just love Kim and this time we met Ashley. It was at the end of day and they were so great and went above and beyond to calm our concerns about my daughter.
