I just want to say that everybody there is wonderful, thery're patient and they're kind and caring, and Dr. Koscica is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I never felt more comfortable and secure with my high risk pregnancy than any other pregnancy anywhere else that I've went. I'm extremely happy.
At my appointment, I had an issue with one of my...one of my results and apparently, there was supposed to be a genetic counselor appointment scheduled with with my Maternal Fetal Medicine appointment. I don't know what went wrong, who didn't speak to who, but I didn't get the knowledge that I feel like I should have gotten or the time to explain exactly what the result meant and what was going to happen. So the doctor wanted me to come in next week and the staff couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks, which was also very irritating and now I have to leave work early again to go to this appointment. So that really didn't make the visit very - go very well on my end.
Everyone in the office was very personable and friendly, and made my husband and I feel very comfortable in the office. It was our first visit there.
Hi. Excuse me. I just wanted to share that Karen was very knowledgeable, and she gave me a lot of information in a very easily digestible way. Thanks, Karen.
