Hi, I would like to say that I've been a patient of Dr. Govindani for six years now. She's always been so attentive and grateful to answer any questions that I have. She's great. I wish I could clone her, to be honest. She's amazing. I hope she continues to be part of the Hacking Segmented Illness and Health Gynecological Group, so that way I could keep coming and seeing her. Thank you.

I love Dr. Govindani and this review is not meant for her; she is a stellar doctor and listens carefully to all my concerns. I am frustrated with the what seems to be a normal wait time of over an hr to be seen- from checking in to walking into the room to take vitals etc. it's gotten to the point where I either have to take a day off from work to be able to accomodate my appointment with her (which has happened and then due to provider emergency had to be canceled) or I need later appointments in the afternoon or evening. This last appointment I walked into the waiting room approx 1225 pm and left the office at 245 pm. Unacceptable. This seems to be an issue of scheduling and I am unsure who is in charge of that. I saw other women walk in anywhere between 5-15 min before their appt time and were seen promptly for the other doctors. Dr. Govindani was apologetic of the long wait time and took the time to address my concerns within the limited time and given my condition.

Dr. G was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & very much put me at ease. Her staff is pleasant & efficient.

As a nurse, I don't mind waiting to be seen as long as my doctor is not in a rush to get out of the room. Dr. Govindani makes me feel important and heard on my visits with her. She is excellent & have recommended her to a few of my family members & nurse friends!

I absolutely love Dr. Govindani. She has been my OB/GYN for years, she even delivered my son. She always genuinely cares about me, my health, and my family. I'm very happy that I was referred to her. She makes seeing a women's health doctor so easy and comfortable.

Doctor is absolutely very nice, like very supportive, very understanding and very nice. But the time, like I had scheduled for 3.30 and they took me in at like 4.30. And I was with doctor around like 5.30, 5 o'clock, 5.15 something. So that's not acceptable, like 2 hours is too much time. But the doctor was really nice.

I am a new patient and was very pleased with my appointment.

I was there for over two and a half hours and I was not informed about any problems, issues or what was the reason that I was delayed. It was extremely difficult as I left my two-year-old at home. I waited for a long time. It was not fair. There should have been an explanation. To improve, they should do better next time.

Hi, yes, I would like to speak on behalf of the staff and with Dr. Govindani. She's really nice and she listens to you and makes sure that she takes care of any problems that you may have and concerns. And the staff is wonderful. Honestly, in my opinion, and I've been through a lot of physicians in my life because of my medical history, I think Dr. Govindani is definitely a great example of a physician that not only knows what she's talking about and is extremely knowledgeable of her area of expertise, but she is definitely someone that listens and you can tell that she definitely cares for her patients, not just health, but personal well-being, and that just makes her human. And I think every physician should definitely follow up with such a lead like Dr. Govindani. She is amazing. She's an angel of a doctor, and I'm so lucky to have her in my life.

The wait was extremely long. More than hour-they closed at 6pm .. and at 6 PM they practically threw me out. Was there a fire or does the office not pay past 6pm that they kicked me out so fast! So unprofessional!

They were very professional. I was very comfortable and they helped me completely.

I really liked Dr. Govindani, but I did not like the office and staff. They were not helpful or competent. My appointment was at 4pm for which I arrived on time. I was still in the waiting room at 4:45pm and then a staff member came out to put something in the lab box and asked if I was waiting to be seen. After she went back into the office, then another staff member came out to get me. It's as if they forgot I was there. The girl at the front desk could care less about her job. Very uninterested. The staff member who brought me in the office, took my blood pressure over a very thick sweater. I was pulling up my sleeve and she said it wasn't necessary. My BP ended up being 140 over 70. I don't think it was correct. I had it taken earlier in the day at another doctors office and it was 120/76. Overall the office staff and the cleanliness of the office didn't appeal to me at all.

I waited over an hour to be seen by this doctor. I arrived 8 minutes late for my 4PM appointment but I wasn't actually seen by the doctor until 5:23PM. I remember the time, because I had planned on getting dressed and walking out if she hadn't walked in by 5:30PM. A text or a phone call from her staff would've been nice because I did have to leave work an hour early to make the appointment. What was more irritating is that when the doctor did walk into my room, she didn't even apologize or acknowledge the ridiculous wait time.

Excellent provider, very patient, was able to explain me my diagnosis and my treatment plan. I would recommend her to everyone, to my family, friends.

Dr Govindani is absolutely amazing! She takes her time with all her patients answers all the questions thoroughly. She made me and my entire family feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her nurses that assisted her are also an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this doctor and her office!
