The new answering service that has been implemented is terrible. It adds time and unnecessary layers to being able to access the Dr's office. I called in to say I was running late - that call took over 20 mins of hold, transfers, notes to the Dr. and finally a call back. None of which were necessary. By the time they called me back and I got the answer as to whether I should still come in, I was 6 minutes away. It completed defeated the entire purpose of the call. It's now unnecessarily over complicated and extremely frustrating.
We are very happy with the services we received from Dr. Sherbany. He explained everything to us and we're happy that we pick him as a doctor.

Dr. Sherbany really helped my son and I am very happy about that. He put him into some Guanfacine, which was able to calm him down and have him think clearly rather than act on his impulses and he made a big difference in our lives. So I definitely appreciate Dr. Sherbany and he's a great doctor. Thank you.
