Dr. Rothman's areas of interest include brain and spinal cord injury, concussion, cerebral palsy, electrodiagnosis (EMG) and neuromuscular medicine, and spasticity management. She is passionate about improving function and quality of life of children with disabilities using evidence-based medicine, exercise, bracing, equipment and therapy.
Dr. Rothman is an expert who frequently educates on the topics of Nerve Conduction Studies and Electromyography (NCS/EMG), pediatric neuromuscular disease, brain and spinal cord injury, and brachial plexus injury. In addition to serving children of all ages, Dr. Rothman will be joining the multi-specialty team that oversees all NICU follow-up care.

As with all my past experiences visiting Hackensack, we received first class service. All the staff I came into contact with provided humane, empathetic and friendly service and treatment. Every time I leave that hospital and return home, I am filled with hope and optimism knowing that my son with special needs is in the best hands and that each of the doctors and all the medical staff have done everything within their capabilities to ensure that he has a better quality of life. I am a happy mother, thanks to God and to all of you.
