Christina Cho, MD

Christina Cho, M.D., is a hematologist/oncologist who specializes in stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy at Hackensack Meridian Hackensack University Medical Center’s John Theurer Cancer Center. Prior to joining the John Theurer Cancer Center Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program, Dr. Cho practiced at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she served in various academic, clinical and institutional roles. Board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology, Dr. Cho earned her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the University of California in San Francisco, followed by a three-year medical oncology/hematology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Cho has contributed several publications to medical literature, and she is involved in clinical research on various aspects of stem cell transplantation, including post-transplant therapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia and first-in-patient studies on sickle cell disease. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy.
