understood what needed to be done, but needed better information, not rushed.
This is the first time seeing this new doctor, but I, to be honest, when I compare the services provided by this doctor against the one that it was before, I really didn't seem to get, like, more details or that they were engaged on understanding, you know, whatever is happening with my kid. Also, I feel like The other doctor, I mean, I can only compare because the many years that I've been going to a Hackensack, and so I feel like there are other doctors that really, really want to explain to you, they want to spend the time with you, understanding, making sure that you're okay, that your kid is okay, that you know what to do in certain circumstances, but I just didn't feel the same way with this doctor. At some point, the doctor left, And I didn't know what to expect or what to do. She didn't give me any directions. I thought she was coming back.
I did check in 7min late at roughly 9:07, but then I waited until about 10:19 and did not see the provider and wasn't given any update. I left without seeing the provider because I had another Doctors appointment, which I ended up missing due to me attempting to wait patiently for the provider. The nursing staff and check in staff were efficient and professional. While I understand that I arrived slightly late, I feel that I was given no explanation for what seems to be a very long wait. I commuted over an hour both ways to see this provider. I am also frustrated that I paid my copay, and my insurance was billed but I did not see the provider. I left a message for the billing department regarding this but have not received a call back. The experience left me feeling very frustrated and I won't be back to this facility unfortunately if I can avoid it.
