contacting the dr office is a pain since you have to go thru the hospital sitch board there is no direct line
The doctor wasn't listening to my concerns. He didn't read my chart prior to coming into the exam room.Dr.Ashyani was unprepared and spoke as if ge was angry with me.The staff was rude and clueless. I Will be looking for another pulmonologist quickly. I might not even return. They are even worse over the phone when I needed to reschedule today's appointment last week. They denied that I canceled. I'm totally aggravated with this office.
Everything turned out well and he told me to keep an eye on my blood pressure and let my Primary doctor know about my recent high blood pressure.
Thank you
The phone system to get an appointment to get medicine is horrible. You have to wait. It takes a long time. If you need to speak to the doctor or a nurse, it's ridiculous. The old system where you could talk directly to the doctor and not a farming house that handles 2,500 doctors needs to be eliminated. Thank you.
