Megan made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. She offered a lot of information that opened up information for me to do some research on and to follow up on. I was extremely happy with my visit with Megan and I would definitely go back and see her when needed.

I was seen by the internist, she didn't take my temperature or blood pressure, she just listened to me and sent me for some tests, but she didn't give them any importance because my legs were swollen. I didn't like the way she treated me. She only asked about my medical history. No doctor saw me.

She listened to what I had to say, asked pertinent questions, went over some things to prevent some issues, and then I had some tests ordered and she followed up very quickly when the tests were in, answered any questions I had, and then said if there was anything to not hesitate to give her a call. The patient, my husband, has a particular medical issue and I found it, I had a call back twice. I was told that I couldn't get a call back from the critical care center for 24 to 48 hours. Due to my husband's circumstances, I was really put back about that, them saying that, because of the circumstances, I deserved a call back the same day. Which I, after bitterly complaining, I did receive a call back the same day and I'm very, very disappointed. They were, my husband hadn't been there in a while and this was the excuse that they gave me. Okay, again, once again, my husband's medical condition and circumstances are such that, okay,

He's a professional. He was very friendly. He answered all the questions. He gave a lot of information. This was a really good visit. I learned a lot.
