the wait time was ridiculously long close to 1.5 hrs, I'm a resource parent and I didn't know that they wouldn't let the kids upstairs i couldnt lv them home,so I had to keep calling them down stairs by the front door reception area to make sure they were okay it was the longest I've ever waited for any appointment
