Scheduling is a challenge. And the waiting is unexcepteble
The surgical coordinator for Dr. Michael Deegan, she is horrible. She never returns phone calls. She never, I'm not sure how she communicates with other patients who are older, but it is impossible to communicate with her through phone. The only way I was able to communicate with her was by email. Other than that, the doctor was amazing.
Dr. Degen has an excellent bedside manner and explains everything. He's a great guy. Thank you. Bye.
Dr. Degen was professional and listened well to all my concerns.
Outstanding doctor, the procedure was perfect. Highly recommend the doctor.
