Yes, he is such a great doctor. He spent so much time explaining with my crazy anatomy and he made me feel at ease and I wasn't worried. I wasn't anxious. He seems to be a wonderful, wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. And I will be seeing him with all my anatomy problems, the pancreas and so forth, so that I want to be his patient in the long run. He's a very good doctor. I like him very much. Thank you.
Well, the doctor was easy to talk to. He listened to me. We had a few laughs. Told me not to be nervous, that he'll take care of me. His nurse was equally excellent and easy to talk to, and she actually called me back to give me additional information. I have no qualms. They were both top-notch. Thank you.
Dr. Kahaleh is very competent. His office staff, however, is not. They have made many mistakes and the communication skills with them is a zero. But Dr. Kahaleh himself, when he's not, he's never available because he's a very busy man, but I find it very frustrating dealing with his office staff.
I'd like to find out more about my procedure. I'd like to have a text message to me.
Very impressive background, very knowledgeable about a rather new technique, explained in plain understandable English. Very friendly and comforting.
