It would have been interesting if he took time with me. He was very polite, very nice, but seemed to be rushing to the next patient. And I had, maybe I wasn't articulating well, but that bothered me because that's not how I usually am with him. I had some concerns and I don't think he took enough time to listen to what I was saying. That's all.

I have been a patient with this provider for 12 years. and he always been more than great, listens to your issues, and problems. I can not bee more than happy to have him as my provider.

I only had a problem getting there due to traffic, but once I got there, it was unclear which building it was Dr. Andrews was located in. And before I even was able to find the building, the parking situation is not that clear. I would recommend that when people make the recommendation, excuse me, when they make the appointment, They should be explained in directions once they get into the parking lot, how to park in those spaces that are reserved. I did not find those spaces until after I left. After the appointment, I ended up parking in the lot behind the building, which was really for employees. And I was very fortunate to have people who were employees here help me locate the office and help me park and help me leave as well once I was done. I don't know if that's clear enough, but please.

I do so appreciate Dr. Andrews professional abilities to feel out the situation and make recommendations based on my symptoms and my history. We have been to Dr. Andrews before. He is easy to talk to and he always listens. He is reassuring and very professional. There is no other cardiologist we would go to. Our only problem was having to wait 6 weeks for an appt. I guess that's because he is so good.

Hi, everything was fine in Dr. Andrews' office. I was brought in on time. But making the next appointment has been difficult and I wasn't able to do it in the office. Call back when I called back, even though it was still within office hours, they weren't taking calls anymore. It was like a half an hour before closing. I missed, you know, I accidentally missed the call. I didn't realize you called. And when I called this morning, now the person's out and no one else can do the scheduling for the stress test that the doctor said I needed. So you know, that has been an issue. Being able to make an appointment afterwards, I don't know why we can't do it right in the office. It would, that would be much better. I mean, it would be much better if we could do it right in the office before we leave. And I ran into that situation.

No, everything went very well and I was explained about every detail that I asked about, which was fine, and I have no complaints at all. All went very well. Thank you.
