Ram Suresh Mahato, MD

Ram Mahato, M.D., FAPA, FASAM, is a Board Certified Adult and Addiction Psychiatrist and the Medical Director for Behavioral Health at JFK University Medical Center. Dr. Mahato takes care of a diverse patient population in the outpatient and hospital settings. He is passionate about teaching and training medical professionals, including students, residents and fellows. Dr. Mahato also provides specialized behavioral healthcare to the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring inclusive and compassionate care for all.
