It is difficult to get an appointment at this office. Calls go right to the answering service due to no one picking up the office phone. Twice I received a called back almost one week later to schedule an appointment. This is unacceptable and the staff says they are busy and unable to answer the phones.
Dr. Angels did not sign and date the form that I was given to take with me. This was a requirement and now this must be revisited. Thank you.
The site needs better signage for location and parking
I am confused about this referral through my endocrinologist's office, when this provider has now referred me to a specialist in neurology. I was under the impression that he was a neurology specialist and would administer the test that I need. Now, I still have to see a specialist to get the test that I needed in the first place. It's very frustrating.
I filled out numerous forms prior to my visit and my records were sent from my Neurosurgeon as well as records that I brought with me including MRI's. Nothing was looked at prior or during my appt. I was asked why I was there and made to feel like a fool for seeing a Neurologist for symptom treatment that was recommended by my Neurosurgeon, ENT and PCP. A doctor should never make a patient feel like that.
