Dr has a very personable manner and listens to my concerns. He laid out a step by step approach as to how to proceed in investigating what might be the cause of my issue which I do appreciate.
Basically when i make a appointment i feel that it should not be cancelled and set fir another day as i just like other people base things around there appointments and i like to have a very early appointment not afternoon
Right away the staff showed concern about my well-being I was having shortness of breathe they noticed immediately and got my breathing under control the doctor and his staff are amazing,,there concern for the patient is a priority,,,they are truly what doctors and staff should be everywhere thank you..
Everyone in this facility were very nice and friendly, I was very impressed. Thank you so much everyone including my doctor Ferrara ??
The office was exceptionally run which is refreshing. So professional well organized and friendly. They should be applauded !!
