Dr Shah is a very good doctor. He listens and answers all my questions. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. I am now healthy because of him.

The receptionists there are very nice. They do their job well. And there's one lady there I extremely like, the lady with the Italian lady, black hair and glasses. She's very, very nice to me. And everybody else there is nice.

There needs to be more handicapped parking close to 2 Hospital Plaza. It is very limited and it is quite difficult to go up and down the hill to park if you have a problem walking.

Providers need to spend more time with the patients. Nurses seem to need to be more friendly and do eye contact with patients and not just do the job and go home.

Amazing experience with Dr. Sulay Shah. I switched to this practice as my last physician with another hospital group did not listen to me or provide a standard of care. Fifteen minutes with Dr. Shah was better than eight years with my other practice. He is beyond knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to listen to his patients. Happy I switched. In addition, the front office staff were friendly and beyond helpful and competent!

Dr Shah is excellent. He provides a comprehensive visit - discussing not only why I am there to see him but the other illnesses I am being treated for. He listens to my concerns. He has a caring bedside manner.
