This provider was not even polite when he came into the room where I was waiting. He came with a medical or medicine student and he never asked me for my consent that she can be in front of us during my appointment. He was like even though he didn't pay attention to what I said, he just asked me again one thing that I already told him. He was so, I could say, rude the way that he said what the procedure that I was looking for and he was so short of words. The appointment last took like maybe seven or nine minutes and that's it. And he left

I wish all the other professionals in the health area were trained by him. His bedside manners, his easy explanation of any condition, the security and peace of mind that he makes me feel after the visit, his contagious laughter, the way he treat the medical students and prepared them for the future is extremely valuable. I'm waiting now to have my surgery I know he will fix my fingers
