Karen Fann, DO

Dr. Karen Fann is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon. She strives to meet her patients' needs and says, "Nothing makes me happier than when my patients feel better, feel happier and feel cared for."

Her comprehensive services include general ENT care in adults and children: hearing loss, ear infections, and tinnitus; allergies and diseases of the nose and sinuses with medication and surgery, including balloon sinuplasty; swallowing difficulties, hoarseness, head and neck tumors, and sleep apnea.

Dr. Fann received her medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Grandview Medical Center in Ohio. She holds board certifications in otolaryngology and facialplastic surgery through the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

In addition to English, she speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Outside her practice, Dr. Fann has a passion for learning about and experiencing different cultures, especially food, art and philosophy.
