Taisiya Kupriyanova

Taisiya (pronounced Ta-'ee-see-ya) Kupriyanova is a registered dietitian nutritionist. She guides patients through personalized changes to their eating to help them improve their health and overall well-being.
Whether the goal is to lose weight; lower blood sugar, blood pressure or cholesterol; work on digestive health; or to simply improve a patient's general health, Taisiya makes recommendations using the latest evidence-based nutrition principles. She strives to create plans that are simple yet effective, but she also understands that implementing these lifestyle changes is not always easy.
Knowing that there's no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to lifestyle changes, Taisiya listens carefully to find the unique solutions that will work best for each patient. She is familiar with many cultural preferences and cuisines and incorporates those preferences when establishing a plan.
She explains, "Food is nourishment as well as enjoyment, and my goal is to show you how to have both in a healthful way. I find that making little changes in habits can have long-lasting positive impact on your health."
Outside her practice, Taisiya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and practicing yoga and meditation movement. Taisiya is fluent in both English and Russian and can speak Spanish conversationally.
