Dr, Chu is patient, understanding, and professional. My appointment was a last minute emergency and the office was able to squeeze me in the next day. I have nothing but positive comments about the doctor and the office staff.

Dr was not very nice. My 1st visit I was not impressed with this doctor.

Hi, the waiting was unbelievable. I waited like an hour and I actually came a little earlier because I always like to do that. But I wasn't asked, I wasn't told why. I just went from being in the regular waiting room outside for half an hour and then when I got called to go inside, I saw maybe 5, 10 minutes. I didn't get anybody until half an hour later. So it was like almost over an hour. And nobody even said why or anything like that. I just wonder if this is going to happen all the time. That's it. Thank you.
