My first bad experience was finding parking. I was actually late for the appointment because I circled, had to go home, get a family member to drive me back. So 1608 Route 88, the parking situation is horrific. And I just felt that I didn't have an issue, like a real serious medical issue, and I was really there to understand my hearing or my earwax or whatever. And I just felt like it was because there wasn't a serious issue, it wasn't really addressed.

Dr Landsman has so much compassion and patience never rushes his treatment during your visit. He has a special way of comforting you is you are nervous and explains everything. I have been his patient for many years and has always walked in with his pleasant personality and professionalism. Dr Landsman is #1 deserves recognition always for his superb performance done on a daily basis. He is one of a kind the Best!!!

Dr. Landsman did a terrific job with my ear issue. I had gone to a prior doctor who told me I was losing hearing and nothing was wrong with my ear canal and Dr. Landsman was able to identify it, clean it out, and got me back hearing well. I appreciate that. Doctor, have a great day.

Yes, Dr. Landsman is the best ears, nose, and throat doctor I ever went to, and I've been to several. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Howard Landsman recommended ear drops that he felt were better than that which I had been using. Also, I was given instructions on when I should use the ear drops prior to my next visit.

Dr. Landsman is a wonderful Physician. He listens to what we are explaining to him re: our visit(s). He shows great concern and compassion as well. We are grateful that Dr. L is contracted with our insurance . His staff are all great as well from the time of check-in to the time we check out.

Unfortunately, when I need Dr. Landsman, it is when I am sick and have a sinus infection. And unfortunately, talking to the front desk, there is no sense of urgency to get me in its next appointment, which is sometimes two to three weeks from when I'm suffering from a sinus infection, which then sends you to City MD, which then is a great possibility that you get the wrong medication, like I did this time, and had to go back a second time to City MD while still waiting for my Dr. Landsman appointment. So it's very, very frustrating as a patient, as a return patient, that I cannot get an appointment when I am sick and really need to see Dr. Landsman.

This is the first time I had to wait over an hour and not being told why. One of the employees just put out a sign saying he was running an hour late. I had just previously signed in and the girl never said anything about him being an hour behind.

Hi, basically I think I got overcharged by the visit. I was supposed to pay 40, I paid 65, but I wanted to see the doctor so I wasn't going to argue over $25. I don't know, Hackensack Meridian has its crazy rules. In short, I will not recommend your office to anyone that has UnitedHealthcare Medicare Complete because it's a ripoff. Have a good day.
