Dr BRANDEISKY was very pleasant and so was his staff.

He is very pleasant Dr. I referred to him all my friends and family.

I still haven't received my prescription and I was there a week ago. The office staff seems to be confused.

In knowing I am deaf, the Doctor wore a mask. As a lip reader, I find this a form of lack of respect for my disability.

He was the wrong specialist for my condition.

Yes, they did get me in. I was concerned about a sudden problem with my right ear. They got me in but unfortunately I couldn't get in to see the doctor that I would have liked to see. And that's okay. I said I'll take anybody but unfortunately I did not appreciate Dr. Brandeisky's bedside manner. I don't think he has any. He was not personable. He cut me off when I tried to tell him what happened. He just wanted quick answers and I was with him probably five minutes. So I am not happy at all with his, the way he treats people. So and with my experience.

Can be a little friendly. I walked out with a prescription for a test to be done and had no idea what it was for and what the test was going to do??? Had to google it and when I booked it I spoke to the person on the phone about the procedure. I don't plan on going back to this doctor. Hope they don't hold my test results hostage. Also my co pay is 120. I can't afford to go back to this practice. Have to find an ENT that has a much cheaper copay

I arrived too early for my appointment because I was concerned about availability of parking. So I had a very long wait.

This provider failed to listen to what I had to say and didn't take any of my concerns seriously and was negligent in finding out that I actually had oral thrush in my throat and I had to go to a different ENT the same day that I saw this provider a couple hours later only for this provider to go above and beyond and find out that I had thrush. Dr. Brandeisky would have listened to me. He would have found that when I went into his appointment in the morning.

I was comfortable, you know. I had to wait a little while, but that was the only problem. You know, I appreciate it. Thank you.

I don't think you should change anything. Both the doctor and the nurse that was in there explained everything to me to where I can understand what they were going to do and what they said for me to do and whatever. Don't change nothing. You people are great over there. Thank you so much and have a great weekend or whatever. Thank you.

I never saw the doctor. I waited 1 hour and then left. Staff should notify a patient when the Doctor is not on time. I hope he does not bill the insurance. My appointment was for 8:30 am.

Yes, I think Dr. Brandeisky has my health as an important thing for him to take care of, so I trust that he's going to do the proper testing and everything to resolve my problem. I think I look forward to speaking to him and getting this resolved.

Everyone was helpful and caring! That's important to me to be friendly especially, it makes me want to come back!

He laser focused on one thing and was not receptive to other questions or concerns. He did not ask me if I had any concerns. I learned more from reading my own report than from his comments. I was disappointed but not surprised. Would not recommend, unfortunately. And I'm not so sure he is worried about that.

Doctor seemed very rushed. Did not leave there feeling any better than when I walked in. Felt he didn't care.

Dr. Brandeisky has been my ENT doctor for many years, he is the best !
